I got kicked from my familly plan for NO reason

My Question or Issue

 I got kicked from my family plan (that my mother created) even tho our address matches perfectly?!?! What the **bleep**? And worst of all, I can't get back, because of this rather stupid rule that says I can't get in any other family plan for 12 months. Okay so because of a mistake NOT made by us, I can't use something we're paying for? Is that it?

Sounds like your address couldn't be verified properly. No worries though, you can easily solve this by getting in touch with Spotify. They'll, hopefully, be able to solve this issue and join you to your Premium for Family as soon as possible.
