I have a premium plan, but i still have ads playing.

I have a premium plan, but i still have ads playing.

I have a family plan. But ads are still playing between my songs.

Hey there!

 

Thanks for posting on the Community! This doesn't sound right and we'll do our best to help you out with that.

 

The most common reason why this might be happening is that you have 2 accounts with Spotify and you have happened to log in to the one which is on our free service and not the one that you have updated to Premium.

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page and if you see your payment there make sure you are using the same log in to get into the app.

 

If that doesn't help you can check out this page to see what you can do to locate your second account.
