I live in the same house, but can't join the Family Plan

My brother joined the Family Plan almost one year ago, but nobody in my house can join him. I joined once, but I didn't confirm the adress after one week (the e-mail went to my **bleep** box, I didn't see). Now, doesn't matter how much I tried, (I even made another account), I just can't join.

I'm really sorry to hear that, but the problem is, that you had entered wrong address. The only way how to join your brother's family plan is, to cancel the current one and create a new one. You have to write the exactly same address as your brother did, without any mistake.
