I'm on a family plan but Spotify says I'm a free member!!

I'm on a family plan but Spotify says I'm a free member!!

I am in a family plan and the leader of the plan has confirmed payment so why does my plan say I'm a free member

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

Let's make sure your account shows as part of the Premium for Family plan on the owner's side. To do so, the plan owner just needs to log in here.

 

If you're part of the plan already, but can't use any of the Premium benefits, try following this troublesooting to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts.

 

After making sure you're using the correct account, but still can't use the Premium features, try reinstalling Spotify.
