Superuser Contribution Why is my premium plan consuming my roaming?

I just created the account and invite the members of my family, but the have not receive the mail with the invitation neither in the mailbox or the spam box. How can I contact with spotify for that?

Family Members removed automatically from Premium for Family Subscription

Won't let my kids join family plan
