Can you please attach a picture of the error you're getting?

You can also try to add your daughter to the Family Plan via an incognito/private mode window.

This problem has been rectified by Spotify community who said to log out completely, then my daughter has to access Spotify through the incognito of your internet.
Worked a treat.
