My Question or Issue

I got an email saying I had to change countries because I moved and was playing content abroad. When I tried to do it, it gave me the option to have a personal subscription. When I tried to opt for a Family Plan (like I have right now), the system said I’m not elegible. If I don’t fix this, my whole family loses access (we moved together and live together). What can I do?

Hi there @12183926177, @Kev131

Thanks for reaching out.

It's possible you've landed on the wrong checkout page and are being directed to a different country's subscriptions, thus the discrepancy. If you're trying to subscribe to Family go to this link to be automatically forwarded to the correct page. If this still doesn't work, perhaps some cached browser data is the reason. Try doing the same from an incognito window and on various devices.

Hope this helps.

Why am I paying for something I'm not receiving

I am having the same issue. Spotify charged me on the 9th, then made me update location on the 11th and since then I’ve not been able to access premium, even though they already charged me
