Im am being charged twice on Spotify.

Im am being charged twice on Spotify.

 I signed up for a family subscription well before my free trial ended. Switched it over and paying the 14.99 a month but still being charged 9.99 on spotify monthly?

Who do I contact about this as there is no spotify email or phone number on the website!

Currently, we don't have phone support, but you can get in touch with us from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. You can also use our Contact Form to get email support.

 

Also, it would worth a shot checking for a second Spotify account where you may be charged for the regular Premium subscription. Just follow these steps.
