Invite email for family account not coming through

Email with code  for family account not come even though we've sent it about 5 times.

I'm having the same probelm. I have sent it to my family member about 10 times over the course of this week, using multiple email addresses. None of them have made it to his inbox. I've already been charged the higher price for Spotify Family, but am unable to add any family. This is ridiculous.
