Invite sent when in a foreign country - Spotify now not recognising I'm home!

Hi - I sent my husband an invite to Spotify Premium Family whilst on a foreign holiday.  After several attempts at log on, he got the error message to say that he must live in the same country as the person who owns the account (i.e. me, and the UK).  We've returned to the UK but unfortunately we're still getting the same error message - how can I make Spotify realise that we are in the same country and at the same address?
