Invite to family member does not direct to "redeem token" page

Hi-I just set up a family plan. Sent invite to my son's e-mail but when he clicks on the link it takes him to the regular login/set up page instead of a "redeem token" page like the website says.

Hey @jixichick,

 

Is he trying to accept the invite while being logged into another account? To be able to accept the invite, all family members need to have their own Spotify account.

 

If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on spotify

 

Let me know if he already have account

Thank you so much!  That was indeed the problem. It's working now that I set up an account for him.

i have account but it stil doesnt go to redeem page

Same problem but they already have a account. Still doesn't show the 'reedeem'. Need help!

 

Same problem. Has his own account. No where to redeem code given in email
