I can't end the procces of verification

I have a problem, because i get a email form SheerID "verification advancement successfully" but i have to end this process by click the button. And when i do this a see a message on the screen about this site dosen't works. What can i do ?

How does Spotify know that everyone really lives in the same household?

Solved!! Invite to family member does not direct to "redeem token" page

Hi-I just set up a family plan. Sent invite to my son's e-mail but when he clicks on the link it takes him to the regular login/set up page instead of a "redeem token" page like the website says.
