My Question or Issue

I have just moved back to Canada from US. I have created a Premium Family account for family members here. However, they cannot sign up -- assuming problem is that my country profile is still US. I have tried to change that through a local billing method (Canada) but will I have to wait to active the Family Premium until my next billing date (when country change is activated)? This seems to take time before my family can use it, which is not very good! Is there anything you can do?

In order for everything to work properly, you indeed need to wait till the monthly payment cycle ends.

 

This way, all info will be updated as it should and will prevent future issues with the plan - there isn't a way to force the new payment and it isn't recommended.
