Issues when adding members to family

Hi. 

I’m trying to add my brother, my wife, my mother and my sister in law to my family in Spotify. 

Everytime I try to add they, they receive an error but it doesn’t say anything about the reason not to work.

The message says Ops! There’s an error.

They  were a members of my family and were removed by Spotify. I don’t know why.

They live in the same phisical address than me.

How to reproduce:

Click on the invite link sent to their email

Login with their personal (free) accounts

Fill the address correctly, name and solve the captcha

Submit and the error appear refreshing the page
