we have no possibility to ad my daughter to our Family account again.

She was kicked off a few days before, although she had been joining for several years.

Yesterday I had a chat with your support and we tried to use the links and information which were sended by your support but nothing did work.

There is always the notice that it is not possible for her to join the account.

Does she have any trouble joining the plan if she tries accepting the invite using an incognito window? She can also try from a different device to see if it helps.
