It says I'm in a different country when accepting my family plan invitation

My Question or Issue

My family missed a payment and i got signed out the plan. Then got invited again but now it doesn't let me join saying i'm trying to do it from a different country, which i'm not. I've tried everything from making sure all accounts have the same country in settings to doing it from different browsers. There's no explanation and Spotify gives me no options or solutions. I need to fix this asap, does anyone know what i can do?

Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this. First, make sure to turn off any VPNs, as they can interfere with Spotify’s functionality. You can also try clearing your cache, switching to an incognito browser, or testing on another device or network.

If none of that helps, I’d suggest contacting Spotify Support directly. Since I don’t have access to your account or the ability to make changes, they’ll be able to take a closer look and assist you further.

Hola , tengo una cuenta premium  e invito a mi esposa , acepta la invitación y luego ingresa con su correo , coloca la dirección que tengo registrada en Spotify y aparece que ella no está en el mismo país, pero nosotros  vivimos juntos. No entiendo qué pasa, me podrían ayudar por favor. Muchas gracias
