Why do you have to wait for your monthly payment for a second user to able to listen to Spotify if you've accepted confirmation email? Shouldn't you be able to listen straight away?

Thanks for asking about this issue here in our Community! You are right, you should be able to see the Premium features right away when you accept an invitation as Family/Duo member. if you don't see them you need to make sure a few things are done correctly: 

  1. Check the subscription manager account page if you can see the added family/duo members.
  2. You invited/accepted the invitation with the correct account. The member should check the email they are logged in the app.
