Joining premium for family

Joining premium for family

Recently moved house, cancelled premium as per (rather backwards) instructions to change my address on my account, setup new family account... still not able to invite (former) members to the account (they get the invite, follow the link, put in their credentials and get the poor excuse of an error message that the account can't be added and I should slog through some help functions, none that actually describe the error).

Somehow it feels like the security measures against abuse work so incredibly well that paying (for quite a while now, mind you) customers need to jump through hoops to stay customers. I'll probably be off trying other providers in the hopes that they don't captcha me constantly while logged in...

 

Hopefully this will help someone who is as baffled as I am for the incredible mess that is creating an actual family account.

Do your family members have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? If so, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info.
