Keep kicking me out my family plan

Keep kicking me out my family plan

I dont know why Spotify keep canceling my family plan:

''We couldn’t confirm your address, so we’ve switched you to a Spotify Free account.''

I dont know what else should I do

Hey! This usually happens when the system is unable to verify the datils of an invitation. If you alredy tried sending again the invitation and the member sees an ''error'' message. You need to contact Support to facilitate another verification. Remember that all user must reside at the same physical address.
