My Question or Issue

 I recieved an email saying ive been downgraded to free because i was in a family plan with my family but didnt check and missed the confirmation email.
In the email it says if i want to rejoin the family plan i have to confirm my address. And theres a link to this option, but when i open it, it doesnt open any specific page so in action i cant confirm my address and rejoin my family.
Am i missing something or did i get a faulty link? 
How can i resolve this issue?

No worries! Just have the account owner resend the invitation link, and that should resolve it! 

If not, follow the support page here and see if that fixes it.
