Listen online at the same time

Is it for real that a Premium familiy account wont let each user listen online, to different music at the same time? Hope I'm missing out on a setting issue.

Hey @haveodegard! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

With Spotify Family everyone is able to listen to their own music at the same time. Everyone should have their own account and the main account holder can invite the others to the Spotify Family. It seems like this description is just what I allready had done... But when I play music, and my daughter log on and play music, my deivce automatically switch to her music..
