Managing account cant use family plan??

1. I set up a family account for my house. I invited my mom and 2 sisters and they got the code and is now using their accounts fine. My account is the main one I set up for but its not working. I thought maybe I was supose to invite myself, so I tried that but it just takes me to the family setting when I login after getting the email. Ive uninstalled the app, and put it back in. I've logged in an out a few times, still cant get it to work.
