Members cannot join my family

Here I am with a Spotify family account. Goal 2 members of my family cannot reach. It marks that they can not join the family.... 

How can I make it work?

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when they try joining? Do they have any trouble joining your plan using an incognito window? What about from a different device?
