Members kicked out after automated payment

Members kicked out after automated payment

Hello, can someone explain me why every single member from my family group was kicked out after spotify made the automated payment..Can someone tell me what's going on or if it cannot be fixed, I would like to request a refund since I am not receving the product I am paying for.

Hey @idjoan, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, we recommend you to send a new invite to your family member using an incognito window on a desktop PC. Once they receive it, ask them to accept it the same way.
