Missing system setting: Content Censor for family manager

I cannot find the option mentioned here:

https://support.spotify.com/de/using_spotify/system_settings/content-censor/

This option should allow me (family manager) to enable/disable explicit content sparately for each family member. If I click on the respective family member in my account settings, the option just isn't there?!?

Any help would be appreciated!
