Mom forgot both username and password

Device: MacBook Pro 2020 (?)

My Question or Issue: 

My Mom is a member of my family plan, but recently her computer wiped itself and so now her logins and passwords are all gone. She can't remember her username or password, and when she typed in her email (it is her only email for years) it started a new account for her. I see that she is still on my Family Premium account, but I'm not able to see other information for her, only that the account is called "Dawn" (her name) lol. How can I get this info back to her so she can sign in?

I'd recommend telling her to reach out to Support so that they can try to locate her account. This can be done at https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/ 🙂
