My Family Plan is a total messy

I'm trying to invite my to sons and my wife to my family plan (I hope they are my family and spotify recognize it). I've created long time ago an account family and canceled after spotify automatically removed all invited persons (including my kids who are my family in from same blood).
The history is once I've invited the maid who works here (and stays at my home and my little baby more time than me), she used a little and declined. The VERY FUNNY THING is spotify family is sending the invites with her name! It's worthless, my name isn't "Maria Iracy", I have respect for her, but spotify crew not (just joking).

The second thing is, where I put MY address to be validate with my family ? Didn't find my actual address registration, what happens if I change my address ? I have to create a new account ? this is a very bad joke from Spotify and his crew of programmers and architects.

then PLEASE, give me a solution for this, for now I would love if you refound me on my family account I've created and didn't manage to use.
