My Family cannot activate their spotify premium

I am using spotify premium for my family for months already. Recently, we were asked to verify our information again and they couldn't register anymore. I have sent the the invite with the activation code but it is not working.

Hi I can't activate into my family premium account. Each time i try, it says I need to be in the same country as the premium user.
