My Family member cannot verify the address certification

I receive an email and said that, there are two members are not match with my address what I state when I created the account. 

But they did not received any email and I try to fill the helping form in Spotify HK, nobody replys me!  

So I hope there is any helping-hands to solve my problem.

i have the similar problem with me and my wife.

i recive this error message wen i try to upgrade my existing acount.

i have the mail send by my wife with the code. 

I click on the invitation and enter the data but I get this error.
