My account was charged multiple times but I still do not recieve premium.

My account was charged multiple times but I still do not recieve premium.

I tried to subscribe for Spotify Premium, but after submitting my card information the next page would not load. I tried to refresh the page and the website made me put my card information in again. I checked my bank account, and I noticed that I have two $4.99 charges to my account from Spotify but I still do not have premium on my account. As a freshman starting college, I really do not have the money to be overcharged, and I would greatly appreciate it if I could get my money back.

In this case, the charges should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not verified your student status. I have the same problem but it was since 1 week and I didn't send my documents to validate me like a student.
And actually I don't have any refund or a premium for that pay yet

So if Spotify does not verify my account will it give me back my money . Because I was charged 3 times . Or if Spotify does verify my account will it refund me for the other two transactions ?
