My account was removed from our family plan

My account was removed from our family plan

My account was removed from our family plan saying that Spotify couldn't "verify our address." Why is this coming up now after being on spotify for only a year+? When my husband tries to get me back in, it says that I am "ineligible for family premium." I am really frustrated with this and we are thinking of leaving Spotify because of the frustration. It doesn't need to be this difficult!! Can somebody help?
