My daughter was kicked out of the family plan

My daughter was kicked out of the family plan with no apparent warning. She still lives at the same address as all of our family members. Possibly this happened because I was away for a week abroad.
This also happened a few months ago with my son and then i could chat with support and add him back in. Now I cannot find how to reach a living soul in support to fix this.... Please help!

Try the messaging platform: Support - Spotify.

I had the same thing happen to a sibling living under the same roof. Except, unfortunately, I haven't had any luck getting him re-added. Maybe you'll have better luck!

That worked. It turned out that she had not received the mail in which she was asked to confirm her address as she had switched mail accounts. After a 10 minute chat with support, she could be added to the account again. Problem solved.
