My desktop spotify stops when the account is being used on a mobile device

My desktop spotify stops when the account is being used on a mobile device

I have the same issue with the Spotify Family Account. This IS for personal use. We have the tug of war problem all the time and I would like to know how to fix it. Having this happen defeats the purpose of having a Family account if only one person at a time can listen.

Every user is supposed to have an own account, that's true. Spotify Family joins 6 accounts under one and that is easy! Click on this link to see how it's done and other information about Spotify Family.

After every member of your family has an own account and has joined the Spotify Family, there will be no more tug of war. 🙂
