Family Member Got Kicked Off

Family Member Got Kicked Off

I keep sending my family memeber an invite but he keeps getting rejected by Spotify.  We live at the same address, I'm with him as I send the invite and as he clicks the link to accept, he gets sent to a rejection page.  How can I add him?
