My family keeps being removed from my plan

Since a couple of months, me and my family start to receive the emails that ask to verify that we live in the same address, they try to do it, but every time results in not being able to verify our addresses and they get removed from the plan, this is the 3rd time that this happen

This started to happen when I start to travel to other city because of work, I not move, but spend many days out, altought my home is still the same and I don't think that this should be a cause to they getting removed everytime.

It seems your members aren't successfully verifying their info. Make sure they're entering the same address you used when you invited the first member to your plan. If you're not sure what address you have set for your account, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info.
