My husband can't join the family plan

My husband can't join the family plan

My husband did not confirm his address - which is the same as mine and I am the 'owner' of the family plan. I tried to invite him to rejoin but he was advised that he could not join the family plan. Can you please assist as this is not really acceptable as we are paying for the family subscription and he did not realise the implications.
