My Question or Issue

Hello! Have noticed a concern regarding your monthly renewal for Spotify Premium Family. It seems that I (the owner) checked my family and all 5 of them were not part of the plan when subscription has been renewed. Would also like to check the address if I have input anything with typo/missed , however, there’s no visibility in the profile menu except for the country and zip code. Have also tried my other email (new) to open another spotify premium plan and invite the same people. But, they were unable to accept my invitation due to address mismatch.

My big brother tried to avail the Spotify Family Premium however, same
case, were unable to accept the invitation.

Is there a way to see the whole address details and have it edited? This is a lost of money on my side because we were charged thrice already. Have checked the same concern but all you suggest is to cancel subscription and create a new account. Hope we can fond another way for this. Pls assist. Thanks

Hey there @user-removed,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Keep in mind that as our support site article mentions here,

It’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account (make sure you cancel the plan on your old account beforehand, and sign out everywhere) and subscribe to Premium for Family on that new account.

If you don't want to lose the awesome music catalogue you've been building, you can visit your old account while logged in your new account and grab all your songs from there.

You can visit your old account by putting the following string in the search bar:  spotify:user:username (you can replace username with your old account's username).

First make sure though that all your playlists are public so you can find them and copy the songs of each one to a new playlist on your new account.

Once everything is on your new account, you can close the old one by following the steps here.

Further, if you think this is something you'd like to see in the future, make sure to head here and add your +VOTE.

Hope this helps a bit more 🙂
