My mother not getting upgraded (family)

My mother not getting upgraded (family)

Hey, so I have set up a family account. <removed username/mod> is my username. I invited my mother <removed email/mod>. She accepted and in my account it says that she has accepted and is now upgraded. But when she logges in... it’s still on ”free”. I’ve tried reinstalling the app for her, tried logging her in and out a couple of times, nothings working. What to do?
