Solved!! Family invite

When I enter the e-mail-address of someone I want to invite into my Family Account a note comes up saying :" Please match the requested format " even though its a normal e-mail-address. Does someone know how to fix it?Thenks for your help.

Permium members cant use spotify at the same time

I have two people in the same house trying to play spotify, one directly and 1 through sonos. Both are logged in with their own id but it wont let us play music on seperate devices.This was working but seems ot have stopped

Hello, when I look at the menu on the left after accessing accounts, there is nothing that says 'family premium'. I need to invite my daughter but how can I do it when the option is not there?

Family member cannot join

One of my family members cannot join the family package. When she clicks on "accept invitation" it says Unable to join family plan. Please spotify can you give a solution?
