My premium subscription for family plan isn't working all of a sudden.

My premium subscription for family plan isn't working all of a sudden.

My premium subscription for family plan isn't working all of a sudden. I have been subscribed as a premium member under the main holder of the family account since January and has been working fine until July. When i checked, it says that I'm not under any premium subscription and that its a free account. Can spotify please fix this issue please as soon as possible please.

If you haven't received any notifications about the Premium for Family plan, you might have two or more accounts. Try following this troubleshooting to see if you're using the correct account.

 

If you don't have other accounts, you'll need to ask the plan owner to send you a new invite to join the plan.
