My relative cant login due to having a trip.

My relative cant login due to having a trip.

I have just joined the family premium plan and became the admin of the family premium plan.
And I have just send an invitation to my family member who is just having a trip to Melbourne.
And meanwhile she've just told me that she can't login the invitation due to the difference of the location. Anyone can help?

Welcome to the community.

 

Right now, the Premium for Family plan can only be used by people who share your same physical address, as stated in our terms and conditions. However, if your Family member is just traveling around, she should be able to join the plan as long as both accounts are in the same country and she's entering the exact same address you set up for the plan.

 

Let's try revoking her invite and sending a new one. Also, ask her to try accepting the invite using a different browser or an incognito window to prevent any cache related issues.

 

If the steps above don't help, a screenshot of the error she's getting or a verbatim quote would help us with any future suggestions.
