My wife got thrown out of our family plan, staying her address doesn't matc

My wife and I lives under the same roof, why did she got thrown out of our family plan due to the address don't match?!

Thanks for reaching out.

She most likely received an email from Spotify asking her to confirm her address within 7 days. Since she didn't do it, she was removed from the plan.
