My wife is on my family plan but we can’t listen to different songs at time

All members on my plan can’t listen to their own music

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that each plan member is logged into their own individual Spotify account that they used to accept the plan invite 🙂

 

If they're using the Spotify on mobile, they can open the app, go into Settings and privacy > Account to see the username they're logged in with.
