My wife lives in Argentina and I have an American debit card. How can I get her onto my family plan and also the kids. I am an American in the military so I will always be in different countries with American issued cards

In that case, it will unfortunately, not be possible to have a Premium Family plan with your wife, since all members must reside at the same physical address and the payment method must be issued in the same country as set on https://spotify.com/account.

Even if you're able to subscribe, she wouldn't be able to join since her country setting isn't set to the US and she doesn't reside at an US address.
