combining accounts - do you lose your playlists?

Switch my Duo plan to family plan.

I want to switch my Duo plan to family plan I get e message: If you want to change your plan, contact your plan manager.In my account I don't find an option to add family members.

Paguei plano Premium duo mas somente atualizou meu antigo plano individual
