New spotify family account and no link to invite family members

Hi

I have just suscribed a Family account and I can't find any link to invite my family members in the family file.

Could you please tell me how to solve it ?

Hey @Zimou29,

To invite someone to your family 

1. Go to your family Overview here.
2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
3. Click send invite
4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
5. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

If you can’t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.

I just signed up for the family plan and when I go to add family members there is nothing on the page, no text boxes, no links to click on, no text at all, just like almost a blank area there where there should be options to add members. Any ideas?

Hey @otr02,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
