New to Spotify and Family Premium

Hello everyone,

 I just downloaded Spotify and registered for the Family Premium. I sent an invite to my wife, and she followed the link provided in the email. It also gave her a code to use. When she followed the link, it asked her to make an account. Once she had made her account, there was no where to input this code.

Am I missing something, or am I possibly doing this wrong?

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, could you ask your wife to open the email she received again and click the  "Accept Invitation" button? Once she's done this, she'll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token where she needs to click "Redeem".
