No Invitation was sent out

No Invitation was sent out

Hi there!

Today I wanted to add a family member to my Premium Family subscription, but no invitation mail will be sent. What should I do?

Hey @sXare,

Can you please tell the family member to check their emails junk/spam folder? Maybe the email has landed in there.

Thank you for your support.

I checked the Spam/Junk folder but it´s empty. I think the problem was, that the mail was from a private/own domain. Now I send out the link with a gmx-mail and it was deliverd. Maybe it´s a problem on spotify side...

Same thing here. I sent out an invitation to my daughter bot she does not receive the invite? Sha has a hotmail address. Any suggestions?

Same for me. Invited a yahoo.com email address family member but she has not received an invite. Nothing in spam folder either.

unfortunately I have the same problem. Since last week I try to invite my daughter, but she did not recieve any mail on her web.de account.

 

Any ideas?

Hmm, thanks for letting me know this is happening!

 

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window? Let me know if that does the trick.

 

I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.

I have the same problem. My daughter do not get my invitation (hotmail).

Please reach out to the Spotify Support team so they can take a closer look at this issue 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
