No Premium Family home address due to Facebook account link

Hi,

my Premium Family Account does not and never had an address since it is linked to my Facebook account and Facebook does not allow me to enter my address (only the city I live in). So how can my family members verify they live at the same address? It worked fine for my 2 kids but now address verification failed for my wife's account.

The online help says that you cannot change the home address and you need to create a new spotify account.

If I really need to create a new spotify account I will most definitely cancel the account.

When users with a Facebook-created Spotify account sign up to Premium for Family, they're required to add an address when inviting their family to the plan.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at your account:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
