No access to hulu

Hi, I signed up for Spotify with free Hulu. The Spotify account is activated, however when I try accessing Hulu, I get the error,

We are unable to process your card. Please enter a different payment method or contact your card issuer to enjoy Hulu

Can you please help

I get the same thing Good to know I'm not alone, how do we contact Spotify?

I had the same problem, i updated my credit info on my hulu account, but was charged for one month of regular hulu and only then i was able to link both of my accounts. I contacted hulu support only to find out again that spotify has taken over my account and hulu cannot issue a refund.
